Welcome Guest! This is the general terms of service agreement for RizonClix.
You agree to the following terms when you sucessfully create and registered an
account at RizonClix. These terms are regularly changed and updated
and it is your responsibility to review the following terms to keep yourself
updated.
These terms apply to anyone using the RizonClix website (www.rizonclickz.com)
whether as a visitor, member or advertiser. You are not able to use the Website
for any purpose if you do not accept these terms. We reserve the right to vary
these terms at any time - whilst we will give members and advertisers notice of any
changes, visitors are subject to changes as soon as they next visit the Website with
the new terms posted.
In these terms, reference to "we", "us", "our" and "ours" refers to RizonClix.
In these terms, reference to "you", "your" and "yours" refers to the person or other
legal entity visiting the Website, being a member of the Website or placing an order
for advertising on the Website.
You may only have one account and please do not attempt to create
more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated
without any prior warning. You should never need another account.
If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply
do is request for it to be e-mailed to you. You may refer other
people in your household but only ONE member PER computer
(IP Address). If we find any duplicate IP addresses on our system,
both accounts will be terminated without any prior warning.
Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join RizonClix without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal.
We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint
against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then
we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second
time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating
your account.
We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time,
for any reason and without any prior warning or notice. If we decide to give
a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way,
your account will be deleted without any prior notice and your e-mail will
be kept to be posted in our forum on the "wall of shame".
All payments are made via AlertPay or Pay Pal no other payment method is being
used at this time. You must manually request for payment to be paid.
30 to 60 days for all Members. Payments are done through AlertPay or Pay Pal
and you can expect payment sooner than stated here. These times are just
to keep us safe from being labeled as a scam if for some unforeseen reason
a payment can be late. You must accumulate at least $5 before payment will be
issued. You may only request ONE payment every 15 business days (3 weeks).
You must have a valid e-mail address
and valid AlertPay address to register
with our program. In order to
recieve payments,you must first verify your
alertpay address by paying a
one-time fee of $1.00 to RizonClickz. This is to prevent fraudsters and
cheaters from recieving our
money. If you fail to verify your account, you may not recieve any
further payments.
You can see our current pay rate in our index or principal page as well
as our left Sidebar under Site Statistics. If you have any questions or
concerns, contact our support department on the Contact Us page. You are
not an employee of RizonClix and you are not an independent
contractor for us. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser
to the consumer. You or RizonClix has the right to terminate this
relationship at any time.
You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only
earn referral income from those that you DIRECTLY refer.
By joining RizonClix, you agree that you shall be fully responsible
for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities.
Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay only. AlertPay accepts
all major credit cards, bank transfers and AlertPay funds. You understand that
all purchases you make on RizonClix are at your own will. You fully
understand the risks and that the purchases are non-refundable. Chargebacks and/or
disputes will result in immediate termination of your account and legal action may be
taken. You fully understand all risks of any amount invested into RizonClix.
You understand that RizonClix, like all businesses can shut down at any
time and that there will be no refunds whatsoever for any of the amount(s) you invested
or any of the purchases of services you made on RizonClix.
We do not offer any refunds for premium and referral purchases and upgrades on
RizonClix (www.rizonclickz.com). This is due to the fact that fraudulent
members and buyers would often upgrade and/or purchase referrals and then cash out a big amount.
Once cashed out they will request refunds or chargeback on us to retain what they originally paid
to achieve their cash outs. To help protect the safety and sustainability of our business,
there will be no refunds for any purchases on our website.
We are not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God,
war, terrorism, strike, labour dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government,
or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations,
special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time on one month's
notice - notice will be sent to your last notified email account and is effective irrespective
of whether the email is successfully delivered as long as it is sent to the correct account.
We are not responsible to you for any indirect loss or for any economic loss or damage arising
from any breach of these terms including but not limited to any delay in displaying an
advertisement or any failure to display an advertisement. Our liability under these terms is
in any event limited strictly to twice the amount payable for the particular advertisement.
We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent
or notice. Latter notices will be posted via the RizonClix news area
or e-mailed to you.
By creating an account on RizonClix, you have agreed to the
terms stated above. Neither you nor we are responsible for any breach of these terms
insofar as that breach is a result of something beyond our reasonable control but
both you and we agree that if that situation arises, we will do everything we reasonably
can to overcome that problem as soon as possible.
